FLS Forms MS Synergy to Offer Consulting Services

DALLAS, TEXAS - 11/27/96 - Federal Liaison Services, Inc. (FLS), the leading provider of compliance software applications to major corporations, today announced that it has created a new limited liability company that will provide consulting services. MS Synergy, Inc. is a Dallas-based nationwide firm specializing in human resources, benefits and payroll evaluations, and implementations with a focus on ADP, Oracle and PeopleSoft Client/Server applications.

"The installation and implementation services offered by MS Synergy fit well with the software services already being delivered by FLS to large corporations," said Fran Bartlett, President of FLS. "This added expertise in the area of management consulting and client/server implementations gives FLS the ability to provide added value to our client/server customers."

MS Synergy is headed up by Michael McDonald, president.
