Enhanced Interface Provides Oracle Customers with Seamless Access to FLS Payroll Tax Products and Services

DALLAS, TEXAS - 10/28/04 - Federal Liaison Services, Inc. (FLS) announced today the availability of an enhanced interface between Oracle® Payroll and FLS' eDP.COMpliance® payroll tax compliance solutions.

The interface, developed in partnership with Oracle, is delivered as an integrated component of Oracle Payroll and allows users to easily export payroll data in the specific format required by FLS' payroll tax software or payroll tax filing outsourcing services.

The data format conforms to requirements of both the FLS eDP.COMpliance web-based compliance suite and FLS Compliance Outsourcing Services™. The interface, recently released by Oracle, is supported on version 11i of Oracle Payroll.

Utilizing this enhanced interface to FLS, Oracle Payroll customers can benefit from the advanced compliance functionality offered by FLS, which includes:

• Quarterly and annual payroll tax deposits for federal, state, and local agencies
• Interim payroll tax depositing
• Periodic reconciliation

Other available Oracle interfaces offer customers additional FLS services, including:

• Quarterly and annual payroll tax filings for federal, state, and local agencies
• Electronically or hard-copy filed quarterly wage detail, according to agency specifications
• Annual W-2 or 1099 forms, reconciliations, and reporting
