FLS Adds Expertise to Client Care Team

FLS Veterans Bring New Technical & Management Skills to Customer Support Initiatives

DALLAS, TEXAS - 2/24/04 - Federal Liaison Services, Inc. (FLS), the premier provider of solutions for employer compliance, today announced the appointment of two key leaders to the FLS customer support team.

Scott Taylor has assumed the role of Manager of Professional Services. He will be responsible for directing all activities related to delivery, installation, and configuration of FLS products at the customer site, as well as ongoing consulting services. Mr. Taylor joined FLS in 1998 as Account Manager. In addition to his 6 years of experience with FLS client/server and web-based solutions, he has over 18 years of experience in technical services. He previously held positions in system implementation with FLS and Standard Register.

Paul Berglund has been named to the position of Manager of Client Services. In this role he will be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the technical client support programs of FLS, including call center support and telephone/online consulting services. Mr. Berglund joined FLS in 2000 as Director of Development, and has held internal management positions in the areas of network engineering and quality assurance. He has over 14 years of experience in information technology and previously held positions in computer operations, e-systems software development, and UNIX/Windows system administration with Raytheon.
