New Alliance Brings Broader Spectrum of Tax Compliance Tools to Employers

DALLAS, TEXAS - 6/16/03 - Federal Liaison Services, Inc. (FLS), a premier provider of employer compliance software and services, announced today a new partnership agreement with Vertex Inc., a leading provider of software and research services for business taxes. Vertex becomes the newest member of the FLS CHAMPS™ (Channel and Marketing Partners) alliance program of leading technology and service vendors.

The new partnership allows Vertex's customers to easily integrate payroll tax compliance services and software from FLS with their Vertex solutions. Likewise, FLS customers will be able to incorporate Vertex's solutions for business taxes with their current employer compliance software.
