FLS Relocates to Expanded Headquarters

New Offices to Provide Base for Further Growth

DALLAS, TEXAS - 2/27/03 - Federal Liaison Services, Inc. (FLS) is moving to new headquarters. As of March 10, 2003, FLS will relocate its offices to expanded quarters at 12377 Merit Drive, Suite 1100, Dallas, Texas 75251-2200. The main telephone number, web address, and other contact information will not change; however, employees will have new direct telephone numbers. All contact information for FLS' regional sales offices will remain unchanged.

With a growing customer and alliance base, and the launch of new web-based products and services for the employer compliance market, FLS has outgrown its current headquarters, according to President and CEO Fran Bartlett.

"Since our founding in 1988, FLS has grown by leaps and bounds, and our office space hasn't kept up with us," Bartlett said in announcing the FLS move. "Now we've reached the point where we need to relocate to a new space that can accommodate our current and future needs. We're very pleased to have found a quality location just around the corner from our current offices."

The move comes at the end of one of FLS' most active years ever. FLS recently launched an Oracle® version of its award-winning web-based employer compliance product, eDP.COMpliance®, which is being rapidly adopted by major employers. In recent months, FLS has also launched several new online services, including web-based account access for its outsourcing customers, and electronic W-2s combined with online 1040 tax filing programs.

"FLS' continuing growth - despite a difficult economy - is evidence that our solutions are continuing to lead the market," Bartlett said. "We're especially proud of the growth of our outsourcing division, which handles tax filing for hundreds of major employers. The new space will make it easier for us to serve those clients. We'll also be better equipped to create and support new solutions for our software customers."
