FLS Names New Vice President of Development

Steven L. Sweeney Brings 14 Years of IT Experience to Compliance Leader

DALLAS, TEXAS - 6/25/01 - Federal Liaison Services, Inc. (FLS), the leader in employer compliance software and services, announced today that Steven L. (Steve) Sweeney has been named to the position of Vice President of Development. Sweeney, a 14-year veteran of IT management and consulting, will be responsible for development of new software products at FLS.

Sweeney most recently served as Director of Applications Development and Business Operations for the e-Solutions division of Affiliated Computer Services (ACS). He brings with him more than 14 years of IT experience from such companies as Texas Instruments, Bank One, JCPenney, Williams Communications, and American Electric Power. His background includes application and database experience on multiple platforms, implementation and rollout of enterprise systems, and expertise in project management, consulting, and account management.

Sweeney's role at FLS will include the management of web-based product development, conversion of client/server solutions to the web platform, new IT business development, and personnel management.
