(FLS) today announced that Software Plus, Inc., has become the newest member of the FLS CHAMPS™ (Channel and Marketing Partners) alliance program of leading technology vendors. A major provider of HR, payroll and financial management systems, Software Plus will offer its customers, mostly mid-size businesses, the FLS Employer's Direct Pay.COMpliance™ (eDP.COMpliance®) payroll tax compliance system, both separately and as part of its software, outsourcing, and ASP solutions.

FLS eDP.COMpliance® handles all federal, state and local payroll tax deposit calendars, cash management, electronic tax payments, and multiple reporting sites for employers. It is the only business-to-business application that uses the Web to exchange payroll tax compliance data electronically between business taxpayers and the Internal Revenue Service.
