FLS Executive Named to IRS Advisory Committee

DALLAS, TEXAS - 1/23/01 - Federal Liaison Services, Inc. (FLS) today announced that Connie L. Davis, Vice President of Government and Special Projects, has been named to the Internal Revenue Service's Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee (IRPAC).

Davis, nominated for the post by the American Society of Payroll Management, will serve a two-year term on the 17-member panel of U.S. business leaders. The committee counsels the Agency on information reporting, forms and procedures.

Ms. Davis joined FLS in 1994 and is currently responsible for relationships with government agencies and direction of custom projects. She was previously Vice President of Compliance for FLS.

Ms. Davis has more than 20 years experience in payroll and payroll tax processing. She is a director of the American Society of Payroll Management, and serves on its government relations committee. Ms. Davis is a former president and education director of the Dallas Chapter of the American Payroll Association. An instructor for numerous payroll classes and seminars, Ms. Davis has held a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) qualification since 1985.
