Federal Liaison Services, Inc. Names Top Executives

DALLAS, TEXAS - 1/17/00 - Federal Liaison Services, Inc. (FLS) has promoted two executives and announced that two others have joined the company's top management team.

David Mayo was named Chief Operating Officer. He was previously Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Before joining FLS in 1992, he spent 10 years with the Business Services division of Control Data Corporation (now Ceridian) in sales, sales management and channel marketing.

Dan Shumate was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He was previously Director of Sales. Mr. Shumate joined FLS in 1993. His experience includes work with ADP, Olivetti and Singer Business Machines during a 31-year career in technology and payroll.

Leonard Jacobs was named Vice President of Compliance and Outsourcing Services. He was previously Manager of Tax Administration with The Boeing Company in Seattle and St. Louis. His 20 years' experience in compliance also includes work with Shell Oil and UMC Industries.

Chuck Oakes was named Chief Information and Technology Officer. He was previously General Manager of Business Systems Development for Ultramar Diamond Shamrock in San Antonio, TX. His 30 years of information systems experience includes work with Tesoro Petroleum and South Texas Medical Center.
