FLS Upgrades Payroll Tax Software for PeopleSoft's® PeopleTools 7.5

New 32-Bit Application for HR Payroll Runs with 32-Bit Database Connectivity Tools

NEW ORLEANS - 9/13/99 - Federal Liaison Services Inc. (FLS), a leading provider of compliance software systems, announced today that it has upgraded its FLS Payroll Tax System™ client-server solution for the new PeopleTools 7.5 tool set from PeopleSoft.

The upgrade, announced at the 1999 PeopleSoft User Conference, gives users the look and feel of PeopleTools 7.5 when importing data files to the FLS application.

Using built-in compliance tables, tax calendars, and laser tax forms, the FLS Payroll Tax System™ automates the payroll tax compliance process, including electronic payments. It includes multi-company capability with tracking at company, division, and unit levels, and tax compliance data for nearly 7,000 federal, state and local taxing agencies. FLS currently has nearly 400 customers among the Fortune 1000 using the product.
