FLS Partners with Valutech to Enable Payroll Tax, Wage Attachment Payments

New Solution Offers In-house Check Printing Efficiency and Confidentiality

DALLAS, TEXAS - 7/12/99 - Federal Liaison Services, Inc. (FLS) today announced a new partnership agreement with Valutech, a major supplier of check printing software and corporate disbursement solutions. Valutech is the latest member of the FLS CHAMPS™ (Channel and Marketing Partners) alliance program of leading technology vendors.

As a result of the partnership, the FLS customer base, which includes nearly 400 members of the Fortune 1000, will be able to extend their tax compliance capabilities to include check printing in-house, rather than processing their payments through their Accounts Payable department or outsourcing to a third-party vendor. By insourcing their check printing, employers and payroll companies gain improved efficiency and confidentiality in processing wage attachment agency payments, for things such as child support garnishments and IRS liens.

ValuPay™ check printing software from Valutech is compatible with exported data from both the FLS Payroll Tax System™ and FLS Wage Attachment System™. FLS will sell ValuPay software and offer technical support to FLS customers using the software.
