Blake Eaton
General Manager
 Mr. Eaton joined Sage Compliance Services in 2001, bringing with him over 10 years of accounting management experience. Previously, Mr. Eaton had served as Controller of 4G Network Technologies, Inc. (4GNT), where he managed operations of the finance, administration, and human resource departments.
Before joining 4GNT, Mr. Eaton held various accounting positions with companies including Integrated Technology Solutions, Metrocall, APW/Wyatt, and Sullivan Graphics.
Len Jacobs
Director of Professional Services
 Mr. Jacobs joined Sage Compliance Services in 2000 and currently directs the tax outsourcing, service bureau operations, and professional services of Sage Compliance Services.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Jacobs served for 27 years with McDonnell Douglas as a manager in the corporate accounting, tax, and payroll departments, and the payroll tax reporting system. After the Boeing merger he served for three years as senior manager of payroll tax administration for the new corporation, consolidating tax functions and administration, and as group manager in the development of a new payroll system.
Mr. Jacobs is a member of the American Payroll Association (APA), serves on the Board of Advisors to the Bureau of National Affairs Payroll Guide, and is a past member of the Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee (IRPAC) of the IRS.
Pat Johnston
Director of Sales
 Mr. Johnston joined Sage Compliance Services in 1999 as a Regional Sales Manager, where he quickly earned President's Club status and was promoted to Director of Sales.
He is currently responsible for building major business for Sage Compliance Services while managing a team of Account Managers, Account Executives, and Regional Sales Managers.
Johnston has more than 11 years of experience in providing business solutions and consultation to medium and large-sized businesses and he previously held a leadership role in sales and sales management for a major healthcare company.
Jan Tombow
Senior Manager of Partner Sales
 Ms. Tombow joined Sage Compliance Services in January 2004, as Director of Business Development and is responsible for increasing the value of Sage Compliance Services' relationships with certain channel and marketing partners.
Tombow possesses over 38 years of experience in areas of payroll and employer compliance. Ms. Tombow’s career includes 28 years of service with Automatic Data Processing (ADP), where she served in a variety of management roles including Vice President of Tax Compliance Products, Agency Relations, Product Planning, and Tax Operations. Subsequent to her tenure with ADP, Jan served for two years as President of the American Society for Payroll Management (ASPM).

Connie L. Davis
Product Manager
 A former Client of Sage Compliance Services, Ms. Davis possesses nearly 30 years of experience in payroll and payroll tax processing.
She joined Sage Compliance Services in 1994 and currently is responsible for directing product planning, strategy, and evolution, as well as overseeing the company’s compliance research and product testing efforts. She has previously served as Vice President of Government and Special Projects, Vice President of Compliance, and Vice President of HR/Employee Services for the company.
She recently completed three years of service on the IRS Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee (IRPAC), has served on the Board of Directors and Government Relations Committee for the American Society for Payroll Management, and is a frequent participant in industry meetings for the Federation of Tax Administrators (FTA), National Association of Computerized Tax Processors (NACTP), Social Security Administration’s Annual Payroll Forum, and the IRS Software Developers Conference, to name only a few.
Scott Taylor
Manager of Professional Services
 Mr. Taylor joined Sage Compliance Services in 1998 bringing with him more than 18 years of experience in engineering specialist systems and installations. Prior to joining Sage Compliance Services, Taylor worked for the Standard Register Company.
Taylor joined Sage Compliance Services as an Account Manager specializing in systems engineering and installations. In 2004, Taylor was promoted to a top management position overseeing all Sage Compliance Services technical support, installations, and Sage Compliance Services product upgrades.
Taylor graduated in 1986 with two degrees from Nashville State Technical Institute in Computer Technology & Electronic Engineering.
Paul Berglund
Manager of Research, Development, & Network Engineering
 Mr. Berglund has been with Sage Compliance Services for over 4 years bringing with him extensive IT experience and management skills. Paul was appointed to Manager of Client Services in February 2004. After being very successful at improving customer satisfaction ratings through new processes, Berglund was promoted again to a top management position. Paul now oversees all of IT at Sage Compliance Services.
Berglund’s 14 years of experience includes working for Raytheon (E-Systems) in similar capacities. Paul has received several awards such as President’s Club for his outstanding performances.
