• Spouse/Guest Program: FLS invites your spouse and/or guest to attend the cocktail reception on Sunday night and the Tuesday night themed party. The fee is $115 - $175 (depending on when you register), which entitles your guest to enjoy the entertainment, food and drinks on the evenings of November 7 and November 9.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing. We regret that we cannot refund conference fees for cancellations received after October 15, 2004.
• Substitution Policy: Substitutions may be made at any time with written request from the original participant.
